Our goal is to keep our clients happy. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer a refund for monthly WebCare Service. However, you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time and you will not be charged for the next month’s service.
What if a tech support request will take more than 8 hours to complete ?
Upon submitting your tech support request, someone on the team will notify your request is estimated to take more than 8 hours to complete. In that case, we’ll provide you with an estimate for completing the request.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. Notify us and we’ll upgrade you to the 3-month billed WebCare plan.
